this past week was pretty hot and cold sweet and sour just working really hard at school and heavy fog that only lifted after it was pouring all day and that sailor got murdered on my street.
getting used to working at school til 4am and then we all get way too loud and everything is funny and that's when we know it time to go home. last night i saw night of the living dead 3d it wasnt even very 3d at all .laura and i agreed it was like watching a cbc program, such bad acting. and I guess i should just watch the real one because there is a lot of social commentary in zombie movies i've heard. then i saw dan ackroyd play with the horsepower blues band and there were a bunch of skinny blonde toronto girls grinding in front of the stage, what a downer. reminded that part in ghost world with that blues-rock band "delta blues". but don't you love those late 40s single moms who are wearing their sexiest shirts and just so happy doing their marching on the spot snapping their fingers dances? kind of too many rum and cokes but they don't care because they all the words to "whipping post" .
anyway you guys should all come to this thing at tribeca on wednesday ok? GIRL'S NIGHT OUT me and katie are djing. aka switchbabe and unicron. Ill put up the poster later as a reminder. |

oh anyway
right now i am drinking wine and watching pbs b/c gotta get up at 7am to spot tyson in his count chocula costume (katie is dunkaroo) infront of the dairy queen. just making 100$ for an hour whatever. thanks katie. other new stuff: ub bought me the new ipod today because building stuff at a desk is hell w/o music. man dennis hopper seems pretty cool, dude was in warhol's first movie and lives in a gehry house. plus he was so good in speed. pretty much my new apartment is amazing and all we do is have good times as you can see on katies lj. i guess just call me if you want more information. i really miss sas and alex.

that this summer is gonna be good ... its only may 2nd and i already got a bit of a sunburn while sitting on a patio drinking beer with two of my best friends. sorry if i seem distracted but all i can think about is that gwen stefani "cool" video and im trying to find clothes to bring that look like hers. i also think about missing andy lauren rachel keira and dakota in halifax. tough break. c u all soon. so many errands to do today. sure could use my bike back.

a. the guy who lives under me is really into being loud at 4am and yesterday I waited for 30 mins for another bus cuz i saw that he was on the one i was about to board. (board?)
b. why dont we all just move to costa rica. as if like 14 minutes of sunshine can put every single person in such a good mood. its so pathetic that we stand around waiting for it and are all like "awww" when it goes away. im so over it. endless summerrsss!!!

oh hey guys
been crazy busy lately cuz my family is in town and apparently now that nick is sweet 16, that means lots of drinking and pulling the 21 year old girls off his neck. gross. i dunno about you guys but when i was sixteen i was a proper mess. anyways: HiGh**-Lytez:
- party on saturday, no locks got broked this time and there was an increase in the number of hot action hook ups so i'd say it was a success.
look at all the cute boys in our kitchen:
- swiss chalet on kempt road reallly isnt all that i guess, what a let down. not worth the drive, guys.
- it was pretty fun playing mario kart in katie and norms apartment except that they werent there which is lame so katie you should stop being sick and hang out with me

- everyone seems pretty into having fun lately, which is good. i guess its spring fever. ig uess that also explains the increase in hook ups! thanks science class.
- pretty much obsessed with Team Awesome. alexis and ted, you guys so need shirts
-exciting things are coming up im pretty sure, i cant wait for summer and other prospects on the horizon. also pretty happy about my new leather jacket with real fur trim (second hand, take it easy). it was funny when nick said he walked by those seal protesters infront on the library and they gave him a pamphlet of a seal being clubbed and he was lke 'this looks fun, where do i sign up?"

things are way better than they were. i dunno why but ive been in a good mood since today at like 4:30. probably cuz i had a meeting with my favorite prof of all time and she's the best. i miss being in real school, fuck this math stuff. also excited to take more photos with ted and maybe get rowdy with my boys over the break ? (im looking at you andy when you are back from LA). also catch up time with lauren and keira, lets dome it up.
i got some bright blue keds and im gonna make home made puffpaint and write "GO RAW" on them because im so into the raw food diet right now. today i ate pizza pockets, ruffles and orangina.
i got ditched tonight but it dont phase me
yusef called me from morocco on valentines day and it like made my life
i love my friends especially the ones that are going to maine for the week. oh well more time for getting shit accomplished that has been put off for so long. also pretty stoked for juelz santana.

i cant remember the last time i was so heartachey. its so distracting. i cant get my work done. i dont care about stupid valentines day, it has nothing to do with that. i had a conversation with a good friend about losing the centre of our universes and orbitting pointlessly, aimlessly around in space. but then literally 10 mins later he got his centre back and im still pretty fucked.
i get to see teds photos today. who needs companionship when u have professional photos. someone tell me start studying and put my portfolio together. no more going out unless its for band practice. im pretty into it.

yesterday was pretty fun. the night before was that show at stage nine that i found really weird and wanted to leave the whole time -- i guess cuz it was on a tuesday night and that was kind of psyching me out. also because i really didnt like okgo and i felt like i kept seeing the people in this city that have a hate on for me. there's only like 3 and it was probably just my imagination but it seemed like a lot, you know? anyway i was glad that it was a snowday on wednesday even though it meant that i missed printmaking. theres this old lady in my class who apparently everyone at nscad knows and shes got these big purple glasses and really sturdy looking snowboots. we climbed those big snow hills outside the superstore because they havent turned grey from the parking lot grime yet, then we bought junk food and watched season 2 of strangers with candy.
richard and i are pretty sure we won at cranium at seans house and him and dave only made eight count'em eight gay jokes. it was funny because we were counting how many they were making and they thought we were rating them so they would try to make really good ones and would think that their score was going up. i usually hate boardgames at night but this one was pretty good except for when i had to act out "riverdance", that was just embaressing and richard didnt even guess it so it was all for nothing. so i should probably work on my portfolio today since its due in less than a month.
you guys should come to our house tonight (after girls night OC, obvs) to drink cheaply and then we'll go somewhere else ok?
